Good quality product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great quality product. It is very versatile. I tried many ways to use it: sprinkle on yogurt parfait, added to my omelette and smoothies. This is an easy way to meet your daily fiber needs.

Thanksgiving Worm Rolls
I've been using this product in everything I bake: rolls, bread, biscuits, waffles, and pancakes for my family. And my husband adds it to his smoothies. Two days after Thanksgiving I was making pumpkin waffles with my 13 yro son. As he was stirring the dry ingredients he freaks out that the flax is clumped together in web-like material. We tried pulling out the flax chuncks from the flour to investigate. And a worm crawled out. I then looked inside and shook the Flax Jar seeing many more web clusters. There were worms everywhere! I took a leftover Thanksgiving roll from the refrigerator, and guess what... you guessed it. WORMS! THE HORROR! MY KIDS AND FAMILY DON'T TRUST ME NOW. I'm adding a pic of the clusters on the counter and an escaping worm. I'm a bit traumatized. I think I can only eat terrible white bread now- bleached w/o a spec in it.
