The texture is not the best but I've been mixing it with food rather than water. putting this in a yogurt bowl has been my favorite thing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's powdery. Some of the powder is fine, and some are more chunky. The taste is ok not to bad in water but better in fruit juice. It is best used sprinkled in a meal, and u will never know it's there. It works well for what it was designed for. I was sick for the past 2 months and had issues from all the meds that I had to take, and this stuff helped out a lot to get me back to being regular.

It also goes well as a topping. It does make the liquid a little more thick so be aware. The taste is not “healthy” fiber where it tastes like cardboard. I will recommend.

I am already pretty regular, usually going at least twice a day. This Nopal Flax fiber mix helped me be even more regular, I guess you could say. Definitely, helped get whatever is still sitting in your bowels out & not in a bad way (no diarrhea). Taste is slightly sweet, really get that pineapple taste, so I preference to mix it into yogurt. This can be mixed into food and drinks. I do suggest to add into a smoothie for the best results in a drink.
