You take three capsules a day to keep your gut healthy. This also supports digestive health as well as immunity . These help keep my gut happy and that makes me happy . However, although I know it might not be due just to the probiotics, I have been much for regular, which has been a very welcomed thing! I haven't gotten sick since taking them either (but I'm usually pretty healthy). They seem to support optimal gastrointestinal functioning, so I'm glad I got to try these! I didn't have any increase in gas or bloating prior to adjusting to them either.

After taking the supplement for a few days is when I started to see a difference. Prior to taking my stool was a little loose. Diet wasn't too bad for a college student. But after a few days, I could see a difference in appearance and frequency.
