This drive is plug and play, connects and disconnects easily, and holds all the data I need to travel with. It lets me work with the same data in my office and away.

Before I placed the order it said same day but after I submitted it, it said next day. So make sure once you order. Bit perfect ability to track delivery to the minute. Love it. Friendly driver too

I purchased this for pick up. The image on my order shows its the dark blue or as some see it (black) with orange. Just opened the box and to my surprise its a grey and orange hard drive. No, its not a big deal BUT!!! It's false advertising. Not the particular color I selected and if you are like me (picky) then yes this is annoying. To my inconvenience, I now have to return this and select the color I want to match the rest of my equipment.

I can't read the enclosed Technical, Warranty %26 Safety Guide, so I contacted Western Digital. They feel the unit is self explanatory, plug %26 play, and will not provide any documentation or guides. If they won't help now, I have no faith they would help if I have other issues using the product.
