I liked that this melatonin level dose was in the middle of other I tried (not the least but not the most at 3 MG). You only need to take this 15 to 20 minutes before bed so even if I forget, it works fast. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go.

I was out like a light. I woke up in the middle of the night, but I was able to easily go back to sleep. I like that these are low dosage.

I took one of these and within 10-15 minutes I fell asleep. I just really don't like the taste of them. I find it hard to keep the entire chewed up tablet in my mouth to dissolve. It makes me not want to take them, but they do work.

The products made by Sandland have been very helpful with calming my insomnia, but orders placed through Walmart as well as orders placed directly with the company on their website aren't always fulfilled on a timely basis, and now the contact information on the company's website appears to no longer work, so my last direct order is now in limbo. Looks like there may be a problem, which is a shame since it was a nice herbal combination...

The instructions say to “chew 1-2 tablets and let them dissolve under tongue.” Not only is this process hard to do because the tablet isn't very dissolvable and hard to chew and still get under the tongue, but it tastes SO BAD. Like drinking a whole water bottle after chewing just one tablet still doesn't get the horrid taste out of my mouth. I don't know who on Sandland's production team could have tasted these and said “yup! That's what we were going for.” I only purchased because I had a coupon. I'd try other brands before this one!!
