great for listening to a radio with no headphones
Sound quality is excellent for its size and on and off switch is located on the speaker enclosure

The only problem I have with the speaker, is that it is a bit large and "thick." I have had others that were a bit flatter and easier to have under the pillow for my head to be on. I would also like a volume control on the speaker rather than having to use the control on the radio.

Bought for my 97-year-old uncle who likes the radio on overnight. This speaker keeps him from disturbing the rest of the household. The only reason for four stars is the price was a little high for a simple speaker.

Not exact!
Product is alright- the description says volume control but you have to adjust the volume on the device it's plugged into. There is no knob on the actual product to adjs volume which disappointed me.

Pillow speaker disappointing
Pillow speaker provided adequate audio but lacks volume control either on the speaker or the cord so it forces you to fumble for the radio volume control in the middle of the nite. Additionally this is an exceptionally large speaker that can be felt under your pillow causing it to.be uncomfortable. I'm going to.be returning this pillow speaker

Lacks a volume control.
I only rated this radio 3 stars because there is no volume control. If a loud commercial comes on or someone is soft spoken, you have to reach for the radio to adjust the volume. Other than that, it seems to be rather well made. If no volume control is not an issue, I can recommend this speaker.
