I haven't owned a radio in over 20 years. I thought I would be disappointed at first. I was intimidated by the set up ( I am 80 years old) and it was much smaller than I expected. BUT , I read the directions slowly and carefully and had it set up in 10 minutes or less and it's just the right size that I can pack it when I travel. The sound is fabulous ( like a much larger receiver) and clear as a bell. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it, good sound for a small radio and was easy to set up.

Adapter sold separately! Saw a YouTube video on how to set it up. It was so easy that I didn't need the instructions. The stations I wanted came in very clear. A little radio with a big sound! Very pleased!!!

Small %26 compact, easy to use. For a compact radio, puts out the sound very well. Buttons are user-friendly. Easy to carry around in the woods or in the house. Small enough to easily store in a cupboard, making it a great little camp radio.

I own three of these Sangean PRD18GR radios. They are five star radios, however, I only gave four stars since the description implied that the AC plug was also included but only the radio without the AC plug adapter was shipped to me.

Must order ac adapter seperately, adds to cost. Any stations preset only hold for 30 minutes in event of power outage or unplugging. More expensive Sangean radios are worth the money, but not this one - at least not for me.
