Sango Bethany 12-Piece White Stoneware Dinnerware Set with Scalloped Design

The dishes have the cutest little pattern and a pretty scalloped edge that makes them look really nice on the table. The white color is super clean and simple, so it goes with everything. I was initially worried about the message on the bottom about the getting hot when microwaved as I have had dishes that get absolutely scalding but they've been manageable. They do get hot but not anything crazy. I can still grab them after I've heated up soup. I like the color gradient and the scalloped edges really give them an elegant design. I would recommend these plates for someone looking for elegant, durable dish ware.

They are also dishwasher and microwave safe which is a definite plus. Both the plates are good sizes although I do wish the bowl was slightly bigger. It's a great size for a bowl, but for soups it seems a little too small (see picture with 1 cup measuring cup). I've only washed these dishes twice by hand and placed in the microwave once but so far they are holding up very well. So glad I received this!

They have a heavy weight to them so they feel like they're made well. Perfect size. Good to use for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Easy to wash. They were packaged really well. Arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend!

The ONLY thing that my family hasn't loved is that the design is that food is hard to cut with the scalloped edge. Depending on the food that you are eating, smaller pieces of things also get caught in the scallops as well such as rice. That being said, I do love them and would still recommend them.

The pattern and the look of them up front seem nice, but there are too many flaws in the ceramic. The items were packed very well, so the issues weren't there, but more in the manufacturing I would presume. One bowl had a crack in it and one of the dinner plates had a chip. The manufacturer was open to sending out replacements, though that took quite some time. And when The replacements arrived, instead of getting a salad bowl I got a small plate, so I am still with a cracked salad bowl, but I did get a replacement dinner plate.
