This camera is definitely worth the money. Reasons being it detects movement at all times 24/7. Nice thing too is it comes with mounting hardware, so that way you don't have to buy those separately. Night mode feature is neat as well; you can adjust the color from black and white to full color. Offers a wide field detection so thieves will have a hard time bypassing it. Notifications are neat to once it detects movement it'll instantly send a notification to your tablet or phone. Other nice thing about its siren is very loud and that it will scare any thieves off instantly and you can record them and yell at them from the app to scare them away while in action to. Only downside though is you have to buy the micro-SD card separate, and those can be pricey, but worth it to cause camera is definitely worth it. So, to sum it all up this camera is a must buy for folks who get a lot of their stuff stolen constantly. This will deter thieves no doubt. It records voices live to once the volume is turned up.

it was very difficult to get in the right position to view the area that I needed it to view the picture is a little grainy but overall once I did get it in the position I needed it to be in it's doing what I needed it to do I can see the area that I need to see and for the money yes I would recommended.

No power source was provided [no big issue]. The connector for the A/V hookup looks like an S-video connector but it won't fit in the S-video port. Just a guess, but the camera is specifically made for a security system rather than a single CCTV. Honestly, for the price plus a suitable adapter, I really can't complain. Just a heads up for future buyers.

this was supposed to provide a simple solution for surveillance that didn't rely on internet. well, the amount of conduit tube and expense and varjety of cables necessary to operate it far exceeded the toll and i lost interest entirely. simple needs to be simple. not a 4 lb pile of image, sound and power cables.
