well built setup was easy, has a good picture day and night every thing work right out of the box.

units ship separate but only gave one tracking number. does 1080p lite. instructions are poorly done. was easy to put together and after a few days of playing with the settings ( input/output resolution, record time per camera) I am happy with it for the price.

Ok, everyone is ticked off about no hard drive came with the system. There's 3 options to choose from and one is WITH HARD DRIVE, the other two are WITHOUT. People need to read or pay attention to detail. Now, my purchase was missing stuff that should have been included. No remote control and no 4 to 1 splitter. I would have bet anything that the system they sent me was used, just by the packaging. I mean no protective plastic over cam lenses, wires wrapped like a six year old wound them up, two had bubble wrap, two didn't. I haven't set it up yet but not sure I can without that splitter, at least not all four. I'll leave another review when I get to that. I would have sent it right back except my wife bought it and I'll make the best of this crap..lol.

This system is not as they state as it does not include the hard drive yet when delivered the manual shows the hard drive, the cables to install the hard drive are included. When contacting the company they would not respond to return the item. Poor customer service, poor quality, and DOES NOT INCLUDE THE HARD DRIVE as listed/advertised. Company does not stand behind their product!!!

$200 PIECE OF CRAP. Nothing explains why my cameras just show the icon. Support is not helpful, telling me basic things google can tell me. Still don't work after months of back and forth with support. They want pictures of the box, all contents , then transfer me to tech support, I gotta start all over. Second time this has happened, so I'm over it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WALMART!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK SANNCE!!!!!!! I'll send this hunk of metal and plastic back to you and go shop in store elsewhere, I NEED A REFUND
