No help with return
this was not compatible with my current cameras and I've been trying for a month to return but no one will give me a return label because the Walmart store won't take it back because its a market place purchase So I'm beyond frustrated

i would set it on 4 channels it would switch to 8 by itself. it stopped recording after 5 months . this item is a piece of junk
