I am sure the item is fine. However, unfortunately the canopy will not work with my patio. I have nothing but a horrible experience with this company trying to return. I am very disappointed in this. It has been week of trying to respond back and forth with them and I have do everything they have asked yet still I cannot get them to answer me back. I will say they offered my 50% of my credit back if I keep it. It never came out of the box except instructions. Everything is intact for return and I cannot get them to approve it. Hopefully no one has the same experience as I have with this company. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The metal is very thin top bent while putting together.

I bought the 10 x 13 canopy and the number 51 of the number five pieces the holes on the wrong one hole was on the wrong side. They were all three supposed to be on top and two of them are on top and one is on the left side, so what do I do I need I need to have this put up by next weekend.

Had a 10mph wind storm and the canopy broke in three places. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the company for replacement parts and they responded once but never again after that.

Incomplete item. Rapid response from the seller. But, 20 days after the purchase and never received the item. I’m tired waiting. I bought it for an event, and it is past due.

It took us a couple days to assamble the gazebo and it collapsed 2 days later. We were very unhappy and attempted to contact the seller 5 days later we still don't have a response. I contacted Walmart and they said they will issue our refund. Please do not waste your time and money it is not worth it.

Very cheap material. was easy to build and assemble with 3 people, but the entire thing snapped and collapsed with low winds (10mph) within 2 weeks. The steaks they give you to hold it down dont work either i had to buy additional weights. i really wanted to love it, but its just not built to last. also, not waterproof as stated. everything underneath got soaked after a rain. Requested a refund so we will see how the seller is

I have reached out to the merchant several times to send a replacement screen because the one side was ripped and they sent me the wrong replacement size it's too small and I have had nothing but problems getting them to make it right.

I don't dislike product it's just the box delivered damage I'm praying parts not missing..

Missing pieces, rods that were bent, the connections didn't even fit all the way together. We got it up and the cover helped to sort of hold it together but it was wobbly and uneven. I tried to get a refund/return it and no one will respond so I am going to have to dispute with my bank. NOT worth the hassle.
