We use this scooter extensively to transport children to school and friends' homes. About three years later, the front motor in the tire began to become unstable and unable to truly move. When it arrived, the handle came loose... This is the third scooter we gave to our adopted son... It broke down in a few weeks... This scooter broke in half a few days ago, and he can hardly ride it... Camaro always asks us to send it back. It's too heavy and it's painful to find a suitable box for it! I give up! Suggest buying something else!

So we bought this scooter for our grandson in 2022 and he rode it anywhere. We did indeed replace the tires with non leaking ones before. We followed the video. The battery ran out after the year, but the customer's battery replacement service was very helpful, so I'm glad they supported the product. The electric scooter is heavy, so riding on the streets of New York is not a problem.

Now, it is a high-quality scooter in terms of its price. But if this will be your only scooter Please be prepared to handle certain situations when they start to deteriorate. Handling the rear brake is very troublesome. Adjustments must be made before and after each trip, and the pads have been replaced twice within two months. The front brake still feels very new. To slow down, I used both brakes simultaneously. So this does not mean that I use one more than the other. Another thing to note is the seat. When tightened, it will not be very tight or sturdy. It rotates while cycling, and it slowly lowers every time it rides. So I never adjusted the height again.

My son got a floating skateboard last Christmas, but hasn't been using it frequently lately. This Christmas, we gave him this go kart accessory and he said, 'This is the best thing ever!' He had a great time playing.. It is easy to install and easy to assemble. It travels well on gravel and soil/grass. After seeing the small front wheel, we expressed doubt about it, but it did perform very well. It has been a month since the update *, and my son really likes this one, but one of the screws that fix the handle to the seat has come off. I tried to replace it with a new bolt, but of course it's not a regular bolt. It's metric, so I have to manufacture something. The place where the bolts are fixed is also worn out. Unfortunately, it cannot be used now and has only been maintained for one month

I bought this in the hope of having some transportation without worrying about the apartment. It looks like a good scooter, but it doesn't even move when I step on the gas. I linked the application and used it to connect to Bluetooth, but there was nothing. I don't recommend that you don't even have access to the battery. They should test everything before selling because they haven't tested it.

I bought this scooter for my daughter's birthday. When I took it out of the box, the power button got stuck and couldn't be opened, which seems to be a common problem with this brand of scooters. I will never buy this brand again. I will buy a better brand. My daughter is completely disappointed and unhappy. So sad

Worse customer service ever, worse product ever, do not buy it or you will be regretted. Return are a nightmare, the seller don't want to give a refund and will go around with policies that are not described on the website. It's not returnable to Walmart store BIG MISTAKE. Do not buy anything that are returnable to Walmart store or you won't have guarantee on your item for return. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my refund or any response from the seller , very disappointed, not a Walmart worthy seller.

Awful. Seller will respond but refuse to actually answer your question. The Range advertised is also NOT correct. It says 15.5 miles, it's actually 14.5KM (9 miles). This is a major issue when you buy a scooter for a 10 mile commute. Seller will gaslight you into thinking what you read with your own two eyes doesn't exist - or they don't understand kilometers are not the same as miles. Thank you to Walmart for helping rectify the sellers deception though!
