It's just my Speed. I am very Happy with your Sanopy, it has the Speed that I'm most comfortable with and even with the other Levers I can ride at my speed, it's a smooth ride and so easy. The wheels are Excellent and the Folding is completely easy. Thank you for your Product, I Highly Recommend.

Safety Issues The power cord is long enough to trap and hold the power go lever down. The brake is not strong enough to stop the scooter when the power go lever is trapped on by the cord. The brake in general is weak and stops the scooter too slowly to be safe when a quick stop is needed. The scooter is hard to see at night with out the side board running lights. The lights can only be controlled on an app not from the bike directly meaning if your child doesn't own a phone or isn't with someone with the app and your user name he can't turn the side board lights on. My neighbor called me to tell me when my child was coming home from his grandparents the other night he couldn't see him unless the headlight was pointing at him or he was directly behind my son's scooter as he was backing out of his driveway. He almost hit him. This is what lead to my discovery about the app was required to turn on the side board lights. Customer service is very quickly responding and I believe are truly concerned about my safety concerns. They have mentioned in the email reply for my return request that they want my video of the issues and for their technicians to work correcting the safety concerns.
