This was easy to set up and take down. We didn't use the side walls so not sure how easy those are. We also bought the canopy weights instead of staking it down. but set up was easily done with 4 people and take down we had a few more helping but it was equally easy. Love the storage bag; it could be a little more reinforced in the corners as the feet are going to rub thru the felt corners fast. Also there should be a separate bag for the canopy so that it is contained within the larger bag but would recommend and buy again.

LOve, we really put this canopy to the test with this past Christmas storm in CA. High winds and rain, it held up. Thanks to this canopy we were able to still be outside and enjoy the holiday. Highly recommend and it looked beautiful with some Christmas lights.

not sure it was even new,,,it rained lightly 1st day opening it and one end was puddling up ,, making me ? its being new or used, i;ve had alot of pop`ups in 35years so lots of experience with them,,lets see if the company covers a frame repacement even with the warranty!!!

First, the delivery driver just dumped the box and cause a tear on the box and the item. The top cover was very difficult to put over it was small for the frame.

I only got to use this one time. I paid well over $200 for this tent and the first time I set it up the velcro fasteners ripped as I was setting the tent up. because of this it rained the exact same day when I set up shop at the market. and because the fasteners were broke the water pulled on the top of the tent which snapped the tent. I bought an insurance policy but they're refusing to cover it stating that the weather event voided my policy. basically doing everything necessary to not cover my claim. I told them the only thing that would satisfy me and make things right so that I can feed my family again is for them to replace the product that I'm still paying off because I had to finance it. nobody has made things right as of yet. I'm devastated.

We bought this canopy and it came in when it was supposed to. We set it up and there were multiple holes in the canopy. I have emailed them 3 times with NO RESPONSE. Walmart was no help either. DO NOT BUY!! You will be stuck with a 180.00 piece of junk that you can do nothing with.

can not contact seller. 2nd time setting it up and it broke!!! Only got 1 good use out of it!!!! Then the caller has restrictions so we can't call????

Low quality canopy. This canopy will not with stand 5mph winds. It will act as a parachute and the support beams will break. To break it down, "NO wind...it will work. Yes wind, no work!"

I purchased this. It came a day late then I opened it up. The canopy has cuts in it. The leg is semi bent. These people will not do nothing offer you $80 when you pay 200 will not message you back. Takes a whole day to message you back. This is absolutely a piece of crap. I definitely would not recommend buying this. You can get a better one off Amazon for $80 very very very poor customer service absolutely ridiculous.

It held up for 2 vendor shows before it started to fall apart. And I don’t mean like one or two lose joints. 4 joints broke, a couple leaving damaged spots on the poles, and an arm that holds up the canopy snapped. I submitted pictures to their customer service twice but they said the photos didn’t show the damage clearly enough.
