Sanrio Hello Kitty Girl's/Tween Personalized Necklace, 16" with 55 Letter Beads

Gave it to my 12 year daughter as a birthday gift and she loved it! Wears it all the time since she got it and is excited to wear it for next school year!

My niece enjoyed having her name personalized on her necklace. She doesn't have a common name so the necklace was special.

Nice product. Provided as a gift for relative's girls. The curbside pickup did not go well. I ordered 3 of the same item but was only given 2 items. Pick up staff did confirm the missing item and went back into the store to find the third items. Came back and said they were out of stock. (Not true...I went into the store as I needed to shop for other items and there were at least 4 of the missing item in stock and in plain site). There is no store procedure in place when a situation like this occurs . I did call Customer Service a couple of days later and was able to resolve the issue finally.

This Hello Kitty DIY name necklace kit is so fun! The beads are bright and cute, and it's simple enough for kids to use. Makes a great gift or craft activity. The only con is that it tarnishes within 30 days.

Chain very flimsy. Latch too tiny. Could never be put on %26 off.. Not enough letters. Only 3 Ls Possibly elastic would be more appropriate.. Disappointed.

This was the tiniest chain and clasp I have ever seen. The photos make it so much more enlarged than in real life. It was very difficult to string the letter beads and get the clasp to close. I had to use a bright light, magnifying glass, and a small pair of pliers!

Good concept, bad execution. Necklace chain was not usable as it was extremely poor quality. I replaced the chain with a new one from Etsy and used the beads on the new chain.

BUYER BEWARE: This necklace is not the one the vendor sends to you. I received a completely different Hello Kitty necklace than the one be advertised.

Difficult clasp; struggled to undo as it seemed stuck/wedged together. Didn't see how a young person could undo it. I actually broke it trying to undo it. Wound not recommend due to clasp issue but I like the concept of putting a personalized touch of a name.

Do not recommend, chain is so tiny so it is very hard to attach together
