Santamedical PM-510 Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager

This unit is a nice, small item. It functions as it should. I really like the fact that it has LI-ON built in battery, which holds a charge very well. The multi functions let one choose which is best at that time. Good item at a reasonable price.

I researched these TENS units extensively before selecting this one, and was blown away when I received it. It did not mention in the description, but it also has EMS functions. The included electrode patches are very sticky and work for several uses each. It also comes with a compartmented storage case and a spool for wrapping and storing the wires. I was so excited to get such a great unit at such a low price! It rarely happens that your expectations are exceeded by a purchase!

Great little machine,with good price!

When I opened the box I was skeptical given the size is about that of an iPod. Once attached the electrodes gave a zap that was more than enough at half power. They were sticky enough on first use, only time will tell how they hold up. I did notice that the storage tray is made for two while there are four electrodes that you use at a time but just save the plastic covers it comes with and you're good.

Works great. With eight settings you are sure to find one that provides just what you are looking for. Rechargeable with any Mini USB charger (comes with one with charging light too). Can get as powerful as you can probably stand. Comes in sturdy box to use for storage. Magnet closure to keep lid closed. I bought the OMRON PM3029 in the store for twice as much, Fewer settings, no storage container - no comparison to the satisfaction with the Santamedical PM510. My unit did stop working after a week, but an e-mail to customer service and they sent another free within two days no questions asked. The replacement has been working great for a few months now.

This is a marvelous massager I bought this Pulse Massager from after thoroughly reading it is features and reviews. The device was delivered on time and was packed nicely.

USB cable does not need to be too long, lead wire it can be wider (too close to each other)

The unit seems to work fine, but I have had 2 charging units
