The nopal pills are fine with me. They have not made me feel ill as of yet. Not sure if there are any side-effects associated with these pills, but I haven't had any. I don't like eating cactus, but my family loves eating them. Since I know they are good for me I choose to have nopales in the form of a pill. The only thing I love about Nopales is the prickly pear fruit. I cannot get enough of them.  The pills don't taste like the fruit,  but that's ok. I might actually end up getting a second bottle if it helps me get some of health benefits associated with eating fresh Nopales/prickly pear.

I noticed within 2wks the differences. I feel more energized and my metabolism working better. This was great as I never wanted to eat the cactus plant our parent's pressured us to do as kids so we continued doing so into our adulthood. Hello, I had hear the Nopales are great for diabetic people so I fo this for my boyfriend and He said the first thing it cleans him but you have to make sure you take it 20 minutes before a meal

The pills were easy to take. After the first week I noticed how much more gassy I felt. Seemed to not suppress hunger any. The second week of taking them wasn't any better in the gas situation. I've decided to stop altogether.
