I recently fell off a ladder that injured muscle and bone. My doctor said to start taking zinc supplements to insure the injuries were healing properly. I have been taking Santo Remedio Para El Apoyo Inmune, Zinc Dietary Supplement Capsules for a couple of weeks now, and I am looking forward to my next doctor visit to check the status of the healing. My doctor also said that zinc helps the immune system and metabolism function of the body. I now take this supplement daily, along with a multivitamin, to insure a well rounded daily diet. My wife has also started taking the zinc supplements to compliment her diet and health.

I usually take a zinc supplement already. Not always as regularly as I would like but I sure try. My last zinc supplement was a 50 mg tab and that was a bit too strong for my stomach to handle. It tends to make your stomach upset if it's not taken with food. I would usually break my tablet in half so I would be taking about 25 mg and that was so much better. This tablet is a 30 mg capsule. This is a perfect dose for me! As an RN I can truly say that zinc is a helpful supplement for me. I have noted it being helpful even before this pandemic hit. Highly recommend this. Of course consult your physician on this before starting it.

this supplement arrive on time. I do not know if it really improve my immune system though... But considering only the product per se: The package was ok, and the capsule do not have any weird smells (I have tried other supplements before where the capsules have a funny smell)

Zinc supplement is essential right now along with your other multivitamins. I can't believe that other stores are out right now. That's why we are super happy to get this. The pills are not big so it's not hard to swallow. It comes with 30 pills so we are for sure going to get some more when it's done.

With 30 mg each capsule, I know that I am getting enough for the day. The capsule size is tiny and easy to swallow. The bottle has 30 counts which is good for one month. I am taking zinc for added immune protection. I am taking it with other vitamins to complete/ boost immunity. With my own experience I think taking supplements helped me a lot.
