super slim , easy to install.

Install was straightforward and easy. Instructions are well laid out. This mount is VERY slim and keeps the TV very close to the wall (no more than 1/2") . Exactly what we were looking for. Install took about an hour and that included installation of 2 cable management outlets in the wall. This mount has vertical adjustments on both sides in case you need to make minor leveling adjustments after the TV is hung. Very nice feature. There is also a feature that allows you to swing the bottom of the TV out and the mount will hold the bottom 3-4 inches away from the wall. This allows you to work with cables without having to remove the TV from the wall. The mount comes with hex lag screws and a hex driver bit. The driver bit stripped out on the first lag screw. I ended up using my own tools to drive the lag screws. This mount is well made and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a slim mount.

Easy to mount. Micro adjustment works great for level TV. Mounted with 65in LG CX. Included hardware worked great. Low profile ensures no awkward gap between TV and wall.

East to install. Read ALL the instructions. Check for crisscstuds before installing.

My TV mount came in a damaged box. The inside nuts and bolts bags were open and obviously used by a previous customer. Some hardware was missing, so I could not hang my TV mount without going to the hardware store first, to purchase the replacement hardware. Seller was not very accommodative in resolving the issue. This experience makes me not want to work with Walmart online because it wasn't very obvious to me that it wasn't coming from Walmart, but a third-party, which was root of the difficulties in resolving the issue. .

This seller sold me a used broken mount. i paid for a brand new mount and received a garbage used mount. seller should be banned.

I have previously bought (2) Sanus LL11-B1 mounts and they were fine. The latest one was not the same and not as pictured. The hanging arms are 4 inches shorter now so if your TV has a VESA 400 x 400 you will has no vertical adjustment any more. Not to mention on larger TV's the 9 inch long allen wrench included will not reach to the leveling screws.

Wall mount defective out of the box. Wasted over 2 hours including paying Handiman to install. Sanus support admitted mount was defective.

I was so hung up on having the lowest profile, I ignored the reviews I read. This company should recall this product IMMEDIATELY. After stripping the first two screws, i went to Sears and bought a ratchet ($8). After stripping the next two screws, I went to Lowes and bought 4 new screws (another $3) and finished the job (I bought star screws). It should have taken no more than 30 minutes to do this job and yet it took several hours. As for customer support, they were good. Little to no wait time, they were friendly and helpful. They are even sending me 2 additional sets of screws. I was going to call them back after i finished the job but since the company cost me money and time, I will let them incur additional costs as well as time to ship the stuff to me.
