Whether it be this kind of bread or Honey Wheat Bread, Sara Lee's bread is the best choice! It lasts so much longer without drying out or getting moldy! I don't know what the secret is, but I won't buy any other bread! I'm very happy Walmart carries it!
Call me funny but I didn't like the smell or taste of Broiche bread. So the birds got it. Other than that it is probably a very good bread, thick slices, nice texture, etc. I also don't like Hawain bread because of it's taste. Like I said call me funny.
What I really liked about this bread is the taste. i also didn't want to order texas toast to make french toast. So I had seen a recipe that was using brioche bread, and I decided to make french toast using it. It turned out to be really, very, very good.Held up well, and i'm just actually liked it overall. So I plan on continuing to purchase brioche bread to make french toast. Is it a luxury?Yes, but you know what, it's worth, it
I had Sara Lee Artesano Brioche bread at a friend's house the first time I tried it. I liked it so much, that now that's the only bread I'll buy unless they're out of stock, and then I just buy the original Artesano bread by Sara Lee. It's soft yet firm, and is delicious with anything on it. They've recently come out with a Hawaiian version, which is slightly sweet and wonderful when toasted!
I purchase this bread every week. I make great toaster sandwiches and it is good to use for french toast also. The slices are thick and you can use them to make Avocado toast. The crunch when you bite in is bursting with flavor. My family eats all slices and have challenges over the end pieces.
After toasting in Air fryer, made a new sandwich idea. With ham %26 turkey, Plant based mayo, %26 sprinkle with Vanilla powered sugar. Monte Christo Brioche. Worked out excellent. Great taste, not too sweet.
We really like this bread, especially for French toast And just regular toast as well it's soft and it taste good It keeps shape well and it's a good price.
Each time I have ordered this bread product, I was given a substitution. Can't imagine you happen to be out of what I order!! This is a new kind so will know about it!!! Just wanting a change from the Sara Lee I have ordered for years!! I like a wheat bread But can't get this kind to try!!
The reason so many people are getting stale loaves is because this is not selling well. It's trendy and convenient for Walmart to dump its almost-expired items on pickup customers. Whoever thought this abomination up should be thrown into food prison. This is just awful. Sickly sweet. Super soft. There is only one use for this bread. French toast. That's it. If you toast it, it tastes burnt. There's an unpleasant aftertaste. This will ruin everything you make with it, except French Toast. Most peopler are buying this by accident with deep regret. Never again.
I love Sara Lee original artesano bread, but this brioche was very disappointing. It has a very weird artificial sweet flavor. It does not make a good grilled cheese, and it's not good as plain toast. Other reviews have stated it might be good in french toast, but I won't be taking the time to find out.
