for years we use the nature's butter bread and it was fresh tasting and fluffy but in the recent months it is so thin sliced and hard it's like it's stale. and then I found this Sara Lee butter bread and it's delicious it's fresh and it's fluffy... as long as they continue the great job they're doing would Sara Lee's butter bread I will stay with this bread
Call me old but I’m still surprised by the price of a loaf of bread. This bread is one of the cheaper options and tastes good. It doesn’t dry out real fast unless I forget to close the bag. I use it for toast and for sandwiches and don’t complain about the taste or quality of the bread at least. Go get you some and remember to enjoy every sandwich.
Stays fresh longer than Bimbo/ Bairds. Does not have an over bearing butter flavor. No idea with table top bread but it doesn`t mold or taste as fresh as it has years ago. For what`s out there is a few cents less expensive than comparable brands and a longer shelf life.
Best white bread for sure. I'm an old fashion white bread eater who thinks a sandwich isn't a sandwich unless it's on soft, fresh bread. Unfortunately, according to my doctor, I eat for taste and not my health so much, lol.
Has a nice buttery crust. Very soft loaf of bread that makes great toast for breakfast. I also use it for making sandwiches, such as ham with mayo, and also grilled cheese. The individual slices are a nice thickness as well. The loaf is so soft that you need to be cautious when storing or handling it. It's often slightly damaged upon delivery. But, for toast, the shape doesn't matter. Overall, I trust and enjoy Sara Lee Bread—especially the Buttery loaf. "It Just Tastes Better!"
When shopping for bread, I always go for Sara Lee Butter bread! Slices are always fresh and has great flavor! The flavor pairs well with hot dogs, cold cuts, or even for just a quick slice of toast. Would recommend!
this bread is always my go to for that special sandwhich. normally i use the cheapest bread but this is for when i want the softest bread for tuna sandwiches. my only dislike is the price is higher then i like to pay so i rarely get to get it.
I’m not sure what they have done differently since Covid but it’s not nearly as good as when it first came out. It’s sad how many products and food have declined since Covid. Prices have gone up but they have decreased the product taste and quality.
Sara Lee Butter Bread has been our “go to” bread for a long time. The last loaf we received was easily a third smaller than the usual size of the loaf package and slices. Be Better Sara Lee.
The loaf that was delivered was moldy within 24 hours of purchase. Wal Mart pickers and delivery people should check that the sell by date is as far from the date of purchase as possible. We pay extra for delivery and should be getting fresher products.
