It's a short loaf. With the longer loaves, I usually throw away at least half of the bread. Also, this bread stays fresh longer. Wish it was available in thinner slices.
I love the Sara Lee bread! It’s soft with excellent texture and taste and stays that way for a couple of weeks or more. I have never had it go stale or Mold
It was really good quality and tasted fresh. It worked perfectly for what I needed and had great flavor. The texture was just right, and everything seemed well‑made and consistent. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and good.
Who doesn't buy bread?!! I used to buy whatever, then one day I bought Sara Lee Classic, and I'm so glad I did. It's very reasonably priced and always fresh. The texture is the biggest difference. It's more heavy and hearty, holding its shape, avoiding a drippy PB%26J. The Sara Lee Classic makes wonderful crunchy toast and my grilled cheese sandwiches have gone from good to great! I'd totally recommend it for a very affordable option.
Listen, I'm picky with my bread. If its stale, too thin, dry, tastes bad, I can't eat it. I will let a loaf silently go to waste if it doesn't meet my expectations, because they are high. And with that said, I love this bread. Every time I get it, its moist, tastes amazing, with decent slices size (not too thin, not too thick), holds up good and tastes good with pretty much any sandwich, and the quality with each loaf is great. I love this bread. This is the only bread I will get.
The Sara Lee Classic White I bought for years came in a package like the one that is shown and it came in loaf form and I loved it. The loaf was neat and tied right. The bread was soft and fresh and each piece was bigger than my hand. NOW - What I get now comes in a clear "bag" and is small pieces. It is more like a loaf of the cheap sandwich bread that appears to be thrown in a bag and closed as an after thought. And not very tasty. And the price keeps going up. What is up with this bread thing?
it was very stale for the price i thought it would be fresh %26 soft but i had it delivered so the person that did my shopping either doesn't know how to pick out fresh bread or just didn't care so from I won't order it for delivery but I will buy it again when I'm in the store
Please please don't ever do that to me again that was the worst bread I ever had. It's horrible for toast. It was terrible for sandwiches. I don't ever want that again. Don't substitute that for what I wanted. Just give me nothing. It's course it's like sandpaper. I hope you enjoy it. Try it sometime. Have some toast. It's like eating sandpaper. Try putting jelly on it.
No, this was not mashed by the delivery driver. Holding the bag up you can see that the bread slices are about 2 1/2 to 3 inches high throughout the loaf. How can anyone sell such a bad product. I worked at a Kroger industrial bakery, and made bread also was the line manager and would have never let a product like this out of my facility.
Today is 6 September, and I finally opened up my bread to make me a sandwich and when I open up my bread and pulled out a slice, it was mold on my bread I am so dissatisfied with Walmart products I don't know what to do. I really wanna stop shopping with them, but they are the only one that delivers. I'm gonna make a choice today.
