Sara Lee White made with Whole Grain Bread, 20 oz

I almost always go back to this bread because it is inexpensive but also tastes great and is fairly moist for a storebought bread and not many bread crumbs from dryer brands. My only minor complaint is I wish it were a little larger and thicker so I could use it for French toast.

I don't eat much bread. but when I do, my. number 1 choice is this Sara Lee Wheat bread that is white. I strayed away from brown wheat because it doesn't taste that good to me. It's not easy switching to brown bread when you were raised on white bread. It is an acquired taste. However, I liked this Sara Lee at first taste. It is delicious and it's hard to tell that it's not white bread and you get the nutrition of wheat bread.

I always buy the whole grain white for my kids because they won’t eat the whole grain bread. So they don’t really even know that they’re eating whole grain because it taste like regular white bread.

This is a really good bread for making sandwiches, toasting or even buttered plain. It's pricier than typical white bread but seems to stay fresh a bit longer.

Through trial and error I have found that this bread stays fresher longer than other breads. It is worth paying for bread that remains tasty and wholesome.

The Sara Lee bread is great. The trouble is the product handling when doing a pick-up order. Is is common sense to put heavy items on bottom and lighter items on top. Walmart needs to emphasize to those involved with order pick-up to choose and treat products for others as they would their own products.

This bread is a solid go-to if you want something that balances taste and a bit of whole grain goodness. It’s softer than most wheat breads, which makes it great for sandwiches—especially if you’ve got picky eaters who don’t usually like “healthy” bread. The texture is light and fluffy, not dense or dry like some whole grain options can be. The flavor leans a little on the sweeter side, which I actually like for things like peanut butter and jelly or toast in the morning. It holds together well too, so you don’t end up with a soggy sandwich falling apart. I also like that it includes whole grain without tasting too “heavy,” making it an easy switch from plain white bread. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that it doesn’t feel as hearty or filling as some other whole grain breads, and I wish the slices were just a bit thicker. Overall, it’s a dependable, good-tasting bread that works well for everyday use.

This is not one of my choices when it comes to bread. I believe this was a substitute item. When I tried it, I didn’t really like the texture or taste of the bread.

Use to be Sara Lee was always fresh and had a soft texture but after the last few buys, we bought we noticed it being not fresh even though it felt like it and having a tough texture. Dont know what they have done to this recipe but something has changed and not for the better. Last purchase was before July 4th and should be fresh to shelf delivery for Walmart pickers as i would have picked this by feel of it but definitely not fresh when opened.

Every time I buy bread from Walmart it is ALWAYS stale, Or out of date!! Not to mention the meat that they sale is not the same as it used to be to be! Walmart is a multi million dollar corporation and continue to rip off hard working people I swear I wish hard working Americans would work together to boycott and put them out of business!!!😡
