Nice combination of cheeses. I make a enchilada lasagna using tortillas instead of noodles. You also need a can of enchilada sauce, chopped green chili's, seasoned (taco seasoning mix) ground beef, some mozzarella in the layers. Then, sprinkle the Sargento Mexican cheese blend on top. Cover pan with aluminum foil. mmm

Good brand
Used this cheese to make homemade enchiladas and it melted good and added extra flavor the family enjoyed. I have tried the house brand but I do not care for it seems like lacking flavor and not melt very good.

I've enjoyed every cheese made by Sargento's. When I compare to competitors products it seems more natural and flavorful. I've been a fan for years and expect to be for many, many more.

WE USE SHREDDED CHEESE ON EGGS, SALADS. TACOS. SARGENTO'S IS ALWAYS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. SHREDDED CHEESE IS AN EASY WAY TO ADD LOTS OF TASTE WITHOUT THE CALORIES.

Listen, I think it's company's Italia and they make some good cheese. It's a good source of calcium. You can put it on a tuna melt or put it in with your burritos or sometimes you could sprinkle it on a salads
