Cheesy, Melty Goodness
This cheese is so good. It is a perfect blend of mozzarella and parmesan with added red pepper flakes. The cheeses are so good baked in a variety of dishes and the red pepper flakes add a bit of a kick to the dish. First time I used this cheese, I made stuffed mushrooms. I bought it again for other dishes. I topped my casserole with the cheese and placed under the broiler for about 5 minutes and it was turned golden brown and was so melty and scrumptious!

got a little kick to it if you like that. it not too spicy. it's just right if you just add a bit of this with some milder cheese or something for people who still like spice but can't handle too much of it.

Searched for Parmesan and they gave me mozzarella.
I'm actually quite ticked off with Walmart right now about this product. I searched for Parmesan Cheese and selected the top item. Low and behold, it's not parmesan. It's crushed pepper Mozzarella! Ew, no. Why the heck would you guys put mozzarella at the top of the list when I searched for Parmesan cheese. Please don't put your sponsored products at the top of the list…especially items that are completely different!

not my taste
I should have paid attention to the flavor of what it was because I am not a spicy eater that is the only reason I gave it a one for those of you who like it spicy go for it It's not bad if you like spice if you can't eat spicy food so I suggest you do not eat it.
