I LOVE Sargento Baby Swiss Cheese!!! I was never a big fan of Swiss Cheese, found it too strong and overpowering in taste, not blending well with other foods, not complimenting either. But, I decided one day that I would try Sargento Baby Swiss Cheese and I am so glad I did! It’s so good on my ham sandwiches, and turkey sandwiches with mayo and a slice of dill pickle on my usual whole wheat tortilla. I eat very little American cheese now. Instead, I eat Sargento Cheeses on all my cold cut sandwiches. Their Muenster, Provolone, Cheddar and Baby Swiss are all so good! I love that I have a variety to choose from! Thank you Sargento for such good cheeses!
This is great Swiss cheese. I love it with deli ham on a ciabatta roll or with ham or chicken and mayo in a sandwich. It's always creamy and fresh tasting melted in a sandwich, too, with your choice of meat or with tuna salad. Good no matter how you eat it.
The Sargent is my go-to for most if not all my cheese needs (sorry Kraft!). When the recipe needs a diplomatic touch, I call the Sargento for an airlift to Davos for a few slices of baby Swiss, and the Sargento delivers! ✈️🇨🇭🧀 He really needs a promotion to ‘Staff Sergeanto’! 😊
Great for mushroom burgers or just a quick slice to tide me over till dinner. Very fresh and good without crackers, just plain. Just get some mushroom buillion cubes or powdered, mix with the proper amount of water and here's the trick, add a little mayo and you've got a restaurant quality burger. Cook down the blend and put on top of the burger.
i like mild cheeses, baby cheeses are young and don't have the soapy taste that older cheeses can get, especially generic or store brands. Baby Swiss still has the sweet nutty taste from the cream or milk. I'm from an upstate NY family that all like sharper cheeses. I have always said all long aged cheese like NY Extra Sharp Cheddar. They bought cheese curds for me. I like them, but are hard to find in NC. Ones I see here are not real cheese curds, but, processed. I like when the deli puts papers between slices to peel apart easier. All softer cheeses should have this feature. I keep squares to put between single portions for easier cooking for onewith diabetic portions. Quick to do with scisors and freezer paper or butchers wrap.
I like this cheese it has a nice flavor I know exactly what I'm getting every time I buy it and it's reasonably priced. I pretty much always have at least 1 package of this cheese in my fridge at all times and often I have 2 packages so I don't run out. I mostly use it on burgers and sandwiches. I like how easily it melts on a hot sandwich or burger. it's also really great inside an omelette and I confess I've even laid a couple slices over the top of a hot bowl of chili, it's delicious. I think this is more like a baby Swiss than an aged Swiss, it's flexible but has a pretty good flavor. I wouldn't say it's strong but almost. Sometimes I take 2 or three slices and cut them up into little squares then eat them with sausage and crackers. it's a great TV snack and it's healthy. Sometimes I'll get a little fancy and I'll bake some breaded breast fillet topped with a couple thin slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese. It's delicious and decadent. I admit sometimes when I'm staring into the fridge looking for a snack I'll pull out a couple of slices of this cheese and eat it just like that.
This is good cheese but to be honest we think Walmart brand is better. It tastes like Swiss cheese but is subtle in taste. Very thin so you need more than one slice for a good sandwich. A little pricier than most cheeses but I would recommend it if you like super thin sliced cheese.
For as long as I can remember or since 2019, I've primarily eaten the Walmart store brand sliced Swiss or mild cheddar cheeses. This is amazingly light on the palette and doesn't seem to taste as rich. Is this only because it's thinner? 8 years ago it took the jaws of life to change meat and cheese from Boar's head.
This Swiss cheese tastes a lot better than the great value Swiss cheese. Now, I don't know if it's because it's baby Swiss? Great value doesn't make baby Swiss In the slices. But it depends on if you wanna spend the extra money because the great value is okay. But if you want better quality taste, you have to pay extra money for the sergento.
My review is dependent on the fact that I never received the product, but was charged for it. I tried every day for two weeks to reach your store and report the issue, but there was never a pick-up nor response. ... I plan to reorder the item with my next order. Will you please refund me for the previous ordered item (Sargento Baby Swiss Cheese}
