Oh, I love this cheese! Great flavor and texture. Sargento is a great cheese brand, and this gouda lives up to their reputation. Milder than some gouda cheeses, but still flavorful. Great cheese for just snacking right out of the bag or putting on crackers. Also great for hamburgers, sandwiches, making mac 'n' cheese and topping casseroles. Pre-sliced cheese is a convenience I'm willing to pay for, in order to have an easy snack without messing with packaging, slicer, rewrapping a hunk of cheese, or cleaning cutting boards. I'll often have a snack once or twice a day, particularly at night if I wake up hungry but want to get back to sleep as quickly as possible. Delicious choice.

This is really good. I make "French Onion Grilled Cheese" Sandwiches. Caramelize sliced onions in butter, then make grilled cheese with 2 slices of bread, 1 slice of gouda cheese , caramelized onions and 1 slice of American cheese, the cheese melts, nicely. Good dipped in beef pot roast soup....the cheese is also, good on crackers,etc.

Given few options for gouda cheese out there I found these easy to use (sliced) and had a good mild taste and creamy texture. The price was good compared to the round I can get at my local grocery store. I've bought twice recently and happy with this product

My great granddaughter and I love the Gouda two slice grilled cheese sandwich. Sometimes I add a slice of sharp cheddar to give it a little kick so good.

This brand is best Gouda cheese thst Walmart carries. the Walmart brand has a waxy taste. Sargento Gouda is the better choice, even my pets taste the difference.

when you buy the block Gouda it's very hard to slice it, so the pre-sliced Gouda is really nice to have to put on sandwiches and stuff. the sargento brand is always a nice quality cheese and worth a little bit extra

Has an "American Cheese" particle taste of Gouda. More a "plastic" version of Gouda one might hide in a sandwich surrounded by so many other sliced ingrediencies' the fact this gouda, more a sandwich ingredient than a wonderful tasting (by itself) cheese flavor.

I purchased Sargento Gouda 10 slice cheese package in this order it is dated to expire April 7, 2026, I have had it refrigerated since January is already turning white with mold. I buy this cheese on a regular basis and never has it gone bad so rapidly. You products are turning bad rapidly. I want a refund but cannot find a way online to return it from my January order.

Usually a favorite… but something has changed with this product. Last two purchases, slices were not suited for consumption: you'll notice the texture first- and of couse, it's processed; and It looks like a slice of cheese, but the best way to describe it is…it appears to be an artificial product engineered to be a slice of processed cheese. Does anyone know what's happening?
