I believe that this is the best cheese I have ever tasted. It's got a lot of flavor yet It's a little mild, it’s not overly tangy like a lot of cheddars can be. . . It's got a bit of a Parmesan flavor mixed with a little bit of a cheddar flavor. It is just fantastic for anything that you would want to do with it. This is a delicious cheese to snack on or for a charcuterie board. It beaks into chunks nicely giving that rustic looking raw edge that is so pretty on the table. I’ve bought this a couple times now and you can’t beat the price point for a quality cheese.

I think this cheese is delicious. I ate it in cubes and melted it in eggs. It's possibly the best ahsrp cheddar cheese I've ever eaten.

I love this cheese it taste so good. ive been buying it at other places and im so glad walmart got it in and i hope they keep it stocked because when i run out ill buy again. Great taste smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first tried this cheddar cheese one evening while at work, it was one of the smaller snack versions, and absolutely fell in love with it! Cheddar is my favorite cheese, and this cheddar is definitely my favorite one! I loved the snack size so much that I ended up buying one almost every night at work until I found out I could order blocks of it lol I bought two blocks, for now, and will definitely be ordering more in the future!

We love cheese and will often try to new varieties to us. This one caught our eye as reasonably priced so we tried and now it is on our regular purchase list. Highly recommend if you like a sharp well aged cheese that has those little crystals that pop.

Wonderful Sartori Cheese is so good! Complex refined with a nutty finish absolutely artisan in nature . These must be very happy cows and people their product shows it and it taste divine. Wisconsin Cheese it is- Growing up and going to college in this area it is beautiful, rural and advanced. This is quite simply some of the best cheese you'll ever have the opportunity to taste and enjoy. Loving Parmesan it is somewhere in between texture wise and flavor wise a cheddar any Parmesan cheese. Purchasing half a dozen Montamore Cheddar- with several Farmhouse cheddar 7 oz. chunks which I also highly recommend. Also purchased the espresso Bella Vitano cheese which I can't wait to try also an international award-winning selection. Having worked with top chefs- I assure you you will not be disappointed with this cheese. My first choice is always Sartori Cheese. strong taste, smelly,but not bleu cheese smelly (ugh eww.) strong aroma with rich smooth flavor,slightly nutty and also has a very sharp taste. so i eat it in small incriments. too strong to eat in big portions. very addicting!

I love a good sharp cheddar with sweet notes, this one did not disappoint. It's got a good firm texture - so it does't grate too easily but I managed just fine to use it with 2 other cheeses for grilled cheese sandwiches. Melted great. But it's now one of my favorite go-to cheeses to eat with red grapes, crackers, etc.
