Purchased this item for my husband to use for items/books he needed at work. He has used it for a year now with no problems. I have used this item to laminate pictures to send to him overseas so they don't get dusty and dirty. Very easy to use.

Laminator Cleaning sheet
Laminator Cleaning sheets are not available to be purchased, it comes with the machine. So if it is lost or damaged you cannot clean your laminator. It is suggested that the laminator be cleaned after every 20 uses. So my suggestion to Fellowes is to include a cleaning sheet in 50 and 100 hot laminating pouches package.

lasted 10 years
I have had this laminator for 10 years, using a few times per week with other coworkers. We love this machine and has never given us one problem until now....not too bad for 10 years! Thank you Fellowes....just wish we had money in budget to purchase another one but we don't. Highly recommend this machine....
