Sauder Select 2 Door Storage Cabinet, Reclaimed Pine Finish

Received promptly and in good condition. Easy to put together with the instructions. (I enjoyed the hammer description, the invitation to cool off with a drink, etc...) Plenty of room for my things. I really like it.

This unit was easy to put together. My husband and I did it together in less than 2 hours and the only reason it took that long is because we sat on the floor and had a hard time getting up and down. The unit is beautiful and sturdy. The only thing I would suggest is when doing the door hinges, do the opposite of what the instructions suggest. Screw the hinge to the unit and then the other side pops into the hole and is easier to hang the doors.

Ordered two storage cabinets direct from Sauder, shipping was free and arrived in a week. There were no missing parts (check before assembly). Assembly was simple (can be completed by one person). I am not a handy person was able to complete assembly in 3-4 hours. Note that a electric drill or screwdriver is a must as there are many screws needed for assembly. For the price point, this beats most storage cabinets from other vendors. The front and rear panels are thin but the frame is sturdy. I was able to easily store over 200 lbs of books and other items in one cabinet alone. Would recommend.

So far these cabinets are doing exactly what I wanted them for. They are as sturdy as particle board cabinets can be. They were easy to put together and the directions were written by people who know English very well. My five year old helped to put in most of the screws (i tightened them) and she also put in all the nails in the backer piece! The shelves are adjustable and they fit a Sterilite three drawer cabinet inside (see pic). The top shelf is all the way across and it has a higher weight limit so i suggest leaving that for the heavier items. The tipping safety strap sticks up well above the top of the cabinet so that is kind of an aesthetic issue. I ended up just putting a decorative basket on top to cover it. Don't skip the tipping strap because these are not heavy enough to not tip over, especially on carpet! I ordered three of these to organize homeschool supplies. They were all identical in design and coloring so they match well. There seems to be a printed "picture" to give it the "reclaimed wood" look. It kind of looks like old nails or something. I included some closer pics of the design as well as the inside to show storage options.

Great kitchen additional storage! My husband and I put this together and took us over three hours. I picked the wood color because it goes with the other colors of our furniture in the kitchen. Perfect for groceries such as canned goods and other stuff. It has a big storage to fit all the things I wanted to organize. I love it! It’s worth buying!

This cabinet is pressed plywood, what you would expect, but it is nice looking when put together. It was fairly easy to put together. I store my sheet music on the shelves, and the only drawback is that it has about a1/4 inch gap between the shelf and side wall, so my music slides down the sides and I will have to tape that in some way. Otherwise, the doors shut nicely and hides all these papers, giving a sleek look to my office.

This is particle board as expected and it looks nice. However in the picture it didn't show that there is a divider in the middle which I wasn't expecting to have short shelves instead of long ones for the purpose I needed. It was pretty easy to put together though the doors have to be held and shut at the same time which is a bit of a nuisance when you have something in your hand. It works well for storage of extra pantry items for us.

This cabinet went together fairly well. It's definitely not as sturdy as other cabinets that I have gotten from Saunders. The sides & shelving are 1/2 the thickness of other Saunder products. It is also put together with all screws & not the metal inserts where you insert them then turn & lock them to build the cabinet. The top piece is flimsy enough that it says not to put anything on top of it. Plus I didn't notice that there was a middle vertical piece to make it more stable which made the shelving areas smaller. I was looking for a cabinet this color & size with full shelves but I'm not crazy about the material used. I guess I'll see how well it holds up.

Was “out for delivery for two days, so we got it late. There was a crack in the door when we opened it. Eventually, it's going to break. Super disappointed.

Very poorly made, cheap material, not enough screws, piece cracked when assembling, doors don't hang correctly. It looks ok & serves the purpose of storage but that's about it. It also is very top heavy and will fall forward if not anchored to the wall.
