These bookcases seem to be very good quality . We're very easy to assemble except door a little tricky but are working. I bought 3 and was damage in shipping. Called Saunders and the case was replaced as soon as I sent pictures showing damage. I highly recommend Sauders for great furniture at a great price

Solid bookcase and it is being used to store yarn and supplies for a craft center area. Like the adjustability of the hinges on doors to perfect gap and height of the doors in relation to each other

Ordered 2 to use in my dining room. These were easy to assemble and had simple step by step instructions. As a 70 year old woman, being able to set these up myself was important! I love their look and will enjoy them for many years.

Very pleased with this purchase! I wanted the perfect bookcase for my home office but was on a budget. This was well packaged to prevent any damage. Instructions were so easy , it took me no time to put together. And it looks even better than it did in the picture. Very sturdy and looks way more expensive than the price. I absolutely found the perfect bookcase !

I just finished assembling and filling two new Sauder bookshelves. We selected these primarily because we have always been happy with the products Sauder sells, and these are a close match to the ones we purchased a few years ago. Those are in the other room and look as good as the day we bought them. These units go together so quickly and easily - I am a slow worker and still managed to complete two of them in an evening. We will soon be looking to replace some other shelves upstairs, and I am certain we will be shopping at Sauder for those as well.

This bookcase is a cut above what one might expect for the amount of money it costs, and in comparison with its obvious competition from the likes of Ikea. The parts fit together well; the finished product looks good, and it is sturdy enough to do what it is designed to do, which is carry things like books. But what really sets this unit, and this company, apart is the quality, clarity, and intelligence of the instructions. They are clear. They are direct. They are easy to follow. The produce the result you need. The parts work the way that they are described in the instructions. I felt absolutely no frustration while putting this unit together, and that, in itself, is unusual. If you are looking for a functional and presentable bookcase, this one certainly qualifies.

Fast shipping! Great product. My only issue was with the backboard of the bookshelf. It doesnt align and its purposely designed this way; however, while hammering the tacks, I punctured the bookshelf. You have to really pay attention to the instructions.

Next time I would order four all at the same time - rather than try to build my library one unit at a time.
