Read the directions. It is a pro quality medical device that doctors of PT use. Warm your neck up first and take your time . It is powerful and you want to use with knowledge and caution or you can harm yourself Watch YouTube clips and know to use it correctly you have to not be in a hurry and plan for 10-15 minutes to allow slow gradual stretch

Similar to what a therapist uses in their office.
My physical therapists recommend this unit for my neck issue. I use once a day and after a week have noticed improvement. check with your insurance to see what they cover. Highly recommend.

I use it about three times a day. I have a herniated disc in my neck and this was recommended to me by a physical therapist. It has definitely worked to bring some relief to my neck and shoulder.

I trialed this product with my physical therapist and had to get my own. I have used the medical grade traction device with her before a few times and this is definitely a good option for home between those sessions.
