This is an excellent and easy to use pice of equipment, exactly what the doctor ordered and what I need. And it was delivered way ahead of the promised date.

This device is made very well and is great product for my herniated disc. It is very easy to use daily.

This is an excellent, professional quality device. My PT and I were impressed. Although, unfortunately, it didn't work for me, I am so pleased with Walmart. Its price was the lowest, yet I paid no shipping costs for this heavy item in either direction. 5 stars!

i was told to purchase this from my Chiropractor and shown how to properly use it first. with that said, i like that it is a device that has you laying down. it does not interfere with your jaw line or press on your shoulders. can be very relaxing if used properly.

I did not rate the item highly only because it did not help me. It seemed to be well made, however. This item may help others. Returning it was a nightmare and there is a 12% restocking fee. Luckily Walmart promised to take care of the restocking fee, after 6 phone calls !! I just mailed it back, so hopefully the latter will happen.

My order shipped to me early and was pleased with delivery, however item appears to have been used and did not receive an instruction book for this complex medical device which was extremely disappointing.
