Saunders Lumbar Home Traction Device

My Physical Therapist suggested the Saunders Lumbar Traction Unit after I finished my second round of traction therapy for lower lumbar spinal disc compression. Traction was what gave me the most relief from nerve pain radiating down my leg. This unit helps me just as much as the automatic traction unit in the PT department. Now, I would not suggest that everyone run out and buy one, I did it on the recommendation from my therapist. She explained how to use it, what pull I should pump it up to and how long the session should be. This is not a toy, it is a real piece of PT equipment for home use!

A must have for lumbar pain from vertebrae compression I've tried others, but this was instant relief.

It's the best one out there but I had to send back! The instructions aren't clear enough as to how much pressure to use. I have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease in my lower back and I'm in pain all the time. I was worried that I wasn't using enough pressure or I was using too much and there was no way of knowing because the instructions just aren't clear enough

works good. still learning howcto use so it works best for me. easy to use just need to tweek belts for my best use

This is a great device it does not do what a traction table in a chiropractor's office does, but it works great.
