Sausage Party (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray)

This has to the the most messed up / funniest movie I have seen in a long time. This may be an animated movie, but under no circumstances should it be watched by children. However bad you think it is, multiply that by about 10. That being said, it is hilarious. The plot revolves around various products, mostly food, in a grocery store on an adventure to learn the truth about what happens when they are purchased and leave the store. There are some funny original songs and lots of well-known actors doing the voice work. Being all CGI, the picture looks great in 4K HDR. Colors are vibrant and everything is nice and clear. The Dolby Atmos audio track is very detailed and there is a surprising amount of surround effects throughout. Dialog is crisp and clear. The included digital copy was redeemable through Movies Anywhere with the code giving access to a 4K copy of the film. My purchase was fulfilled by the third-party vendor Please Rewind. Like usual, it arrived quickly and in great shape. If you are looking for a hugely offensive, overly sexualized, animated comedy, this will be right up your alley. Just be warned going in that it is not for the faint of heart and CERTAINLY NOT FOR CHILDREN.

Funny, but definitely for adults.

I'm no puritan but this movie insults your intelligence. If you'd be entertained to listen to a hot dog say the F word three times in one sentence then here is your movie.
