The rhubarb arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date and still fully frozen. I purchased to make stewed rhubarb. It took me over an hour to cook it down. The rhubarb was a sickly orange color, looked pasty in the pot as though flour had been added(which it had not), still had hard lumpy chunks and lacked any resemblance to the pink, runny, delicious stewed rhubarb I am used to making. I had to add a significant amount of water. I also added beet powder to get a bit of pink color. When eaten, I still had to chew the pieces that had not broken down.
