Excellent quality, flexible paint. Dense enough to paint on black paper for black light effects but viscosity is flexible enough for very young children to spread accurately. Still 5 stars but I wish there were a WHITE fluorescent in the set!

Kindergarteners recently used the Sax Fluorescent Tempera Paints because of the radiant bright colors on their Owl Art. When completed, the owls were cut out, and glued to black construction paper. Wow! The students couldn't be happier, and they thought they would be perfect to display for Halloween.

Sometimes fluorescent paints can be a bit transparent but these are wonderfully opaque and consistent.

Love Love Love these paints - except one bottle always leaks in the box. Just brightness and the kids love them!

Purchased for my preschool and middle school art classes. Very impressed with the vibrant colors and exceptional coverage. Thickness of the paint made it easy for easel painting.

I have purchased this set in the past and loved it. I recently repurchased and this time the yellow I received is not fluorescent at all, even though it is labeled as such, as you can see in the picture. The first bottle is an old fluorescent, the middle bottle is the new "fluorescent", and you can see that it is even darker than their primary yellow paint. Pretty disappointing since the yellow is the one that usually glows the most.
