This was my 1st time purchasing the supplement. I usually buy Amazing Formulas Sleep Support but for some reason it's out of stock everywhere. The main ingredients are slightly different with this brand but in list of other ingredients it has what the other one has but it doesn't list mg tho. So for that fact I decided on this brand. I have tried for a couple nights now and don't see much of a difference but I'm giving 4 stars for reasons mentioned. Will have to use longer and review again. Seems like you find a product you like and then it disappears. Makes me wonder if it isn't intentional because it's more profitable to market another item.
