It does what it says it will do. I use water as my filler and I use it on a double ten foot each side umbrella, works great.

These are really well designed and well made units. I bought double because I wanted to us water only. But they're great!

We have an umbrella from Wayfare and this product sits over the support legs of the umbrella. Fits perfectly and looks amazing. Filled with water from the hose. I highly recommend this for your outdoor umbrella.

This 4 piece offset umbrella base was easy to fill and I really like the way it fits over the bars on the base of the umbrella instead of along the little edges. Well designed.

The set is ok. This was the set that was recommended for the particular cantilever umbrella we also bought. They were fairly easy to fill, however, it is not quite a perfect fit as other brands we have purchased. There is a much larger gap around the pole than the others we have and there is no overlapping cover, but, overall it works and it is close enough to do the job.
