ScanSnap iX2500 Photo Edition Document & Receipt Scanner CG01000-399204

I am a CPA and I can all my clients documents when preparing their tax returns. This was my first tax season with my Ricoh. It is faster and more reliable than any scanner I have ever had. This things saved me an inordinate amount of time this tax season. I will never use anything else again!

We rolled out about 65 scanners to our locations to use for invoice scanning module in our proprietary accounting software. It was a very successful project and all of our location managers are very impressed with ix2500 performance and features. With other scanning features (a lot of them) in the IX2500 we are no longer receiving paper reports or invoices from our locations. I would definitively recommend ix2500. You will be impressed too!!

The ScanSnap iX2500 Premium Edition has worked really well for our office and document management needs. It scans quickly, handles mixed document sizes well, and the scan quality has been great. I also like that it integrates easily with cloud storage, and it's noticeably quieter and faster than the scanner I was using before. VERY HAPPY WITH THE OURCHASE OF THE RICOH SCANNER. IT WORKS WELL AND FAST. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT IT IS A LITTLE BIT LOUD WHEN SCANNING DOCUMENTS.

I like the wireless connection to my laptop, the high speed, double-sided scanning, and the receipt feeder. Really excellent product.

I'm extremely happy with the ScanSnap iX2500. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The scanning speed is impressive and it powers through stacks of documents with ease, and the 100-sheet feeder is a huge time saver. The image quality is sharp and consistent, and double-sided scanning is fast and reliable. I also love how intuitive the touchscreen is, making it easy to scan directly to email or the cloud without any hassle. It handles everything I feed it...receipts, mixed paper sizes, and regular documents all without jams or issues. This has made organizing paperwork so much easier and less time-consuming. Definitely worth the investment.

I've owned and used countless scanners over the last 25 years, including 3 older ScanSnap models, and the iX2500 is entirely in its own class. It is hands down the best scanner I've ever used. The scans are extremely crisp, lightning fast, and it never jams regardless of the reams of paper I throw its way. My favorite feature is the new capacitive touch screen that is so responsive to use, and very elegant looking. The USB-C is a very nice touch, although it's real magic comes from it's easy to setup and use wireless functionality that makes it such a versatile powerhouse of productivity! Even though my last ScanSnap had wireless functionality as well, it feels so much easier and more robust on the iX2500. Definitely get this scanner, you can't go wrong with it!

I have the good fortune of owning 5 ScanSnap Scanners, ranging from the ix100 (wand), SV600 (Overhead), ix 1500, ix1600 and the best in show, ix2500. Each scanner helps me be an organizational powerhouse and a proud ScanSnap Squad member for years. It doesn't get better than ScanSnap scanners. I started using HP scanners over 30 years ago and they were reliable. However, the speed and accuracy of the latest ScanSnap ix2500 is truly stunning.

Living in an apartment, paperwork takes up valuable space. For years I used an earlier Scan Snap but it didn't work with my new computer. This one does and it does a great job.

Almost all of the receipt that we scan are the thin receipts from gas stations and stores. Whenever we try to scan more than 5 it just ends up shredding the receipts.
