Wife and I have been using SCD Essential Probiotics for over five years with exceptional results. Following gall bladder removal my wife developed horrific digestive problems and tried various medications that did not offer relief. It really helps you overall in addition to your digestive system.

I bought this because I hate pills and I love the idea of a reasonably priced liquid probiotic. After taking it for ~2 weeks, I feel like I have noticed a difference in my digestion. I am someone who struggles with digestive issues, so that means a lot to me! Taste: Absolutely fine. I mix it with a little water and drink it like that.

The taste might be difficult for children is my only negative observation. Take it like a shot and try chasing it with something strong and acidic like grapefruit or orange juice. I have gut issues and have tried many different types / grades of probiotics. I am only a week into taking a moderate dose of SCD and the difference in my health is noticeable. THANK YOU SCD!!

Works well. I can tell a difference between days I use it and mornings I forget. When Ive used it regularly for a few days, my digestion is smooth and my appetite is regulated. This probiotic helps me comfortably each rich foods like aged cheeses. I dont want to try any other probiotic because i found one that works.

I simply CANNOT recommend this product enough! I've suffered from Ulcerative Colitis for well over a decade. Standard medications were either far too harsh on me, or didn't work after awhile. Then my former boss (who also suffers from UC) turned me on to SCD Liquid Probiotics during my last flare-up and 6 days later the flare-up STOPPED COMPLETELY! Due to finances, I had to stop taking it and the flare-up started again, this time pretty bad. I was finally able to order some and downed the first bottle in three days and the second in two weeks. It took much longer this time for the flare-up to resolve itself, but I do not want my money back (because I had accidentally eaten a trigger food and made it worse, so it was my fault, not the product's). As of this review, I finally feel human again and the flare up is almost completely gone. Perhaps I need a stronger dose? I've tried several brands of probiotic in the past. Most take at least a month to really kick in, if at all. So I was thrilled at how fast this acted. I take it as needed and it acts like a stomach tonic for me. I drink it straight - it's tart for sure, but I love tart flavors. I also swish it around in my mouth before swallowing and I noticed I've not suffered a single tooth infection in a little over a year. I just ordered more, along with a bottle of mother culture and a bottle of the herbal probiotic supplement. I'm really eager to test out other applications of your products. I've recommended this product to several of my friends already. Sorry for the super long review, but it's so RARE that I find a product that actually delivers on its claims!! Thank you so much! The SCD Essential Probiotic is the most effective probiotic I've taken to help manage my IBS and digestive issues. The downside is the awful taste which is difficult to mask even in juice. It's also hard to travel with it because it's a liquid. But it works, so I keep using it.

I wash my face with Essential and my acne clears up and my skin is so soft. I simply put some in a small spray bottle and spray my fact, let it sit for a minute and then rinse off. I also drink occasionally and notice that I feel a bit better when I drink it. The taste is sour, but you can hardly taste when you mix in something.
