I take @night straight form bottle 1 spoon follow with some water little over a week. Taste very pleasant, I don't have any adverse symptoms, may be little help to sleep better. I think too soon to tell for effectiveness but I think I take the most pure probiotic & that will help for coming cold season. I enjoy to take every night. Thank You.

The taste might be difficult for children is my only negative observation. Take it like a shot and try chasing it with something strong and acidic like grapefruit or orange juice. I have gut issues and have tried many different types / grades of probiotics. I am only a week into taking a moderate dose of SCD and the difference in my health is noticeable. THANK YOU SCD!!

So, let me say i ruined my health, and at the same time my gut health. I have developed a dairy intolerance. Holiday time came along 12/14 last year and i had more dairy then my body wanted, or needed even close to it. Cramps for weeks after that. Only got a little better here and there. It was starting to effect my eating some even. So, someone told my wife about SCD products and said it helped them and recommended them for anyone using Probiotic's. Im on my second round now of Essential Probiotics and Herbal Probiotics. Let me say, there is a 100% difference in how the intestines are felling. Still some discomfort here and there but nothing like before. I use 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I see myself continuing this and maybe more in the future. The SCD Essential Probiotic is the most effective probiotic I've taken to help manage my IBS and digestive issues. The downside is the awful taste which is difficult to mask even in juice. It's also hard to travel with it because it's a liquid. But it works, so I keep using it.

I wash my face with Essential and my acne clears up and my skin is so soft. I simply put some in a small spray bottle and spray my fact, let it sit for a minute and then rinse off. I also drink occasionally and notice that I feel a bit better when I drink it. The taste is sour, but you can hardly taste when you mix in something.
