In the past these gas tanks were a little bit questionable on quality but this thing rocks. I have bought about 3 of them in a variety of sizes and they really do the trick. I can also get gasoline without worrying about it spilling all over my car, and there are no gas fumes that really escape the nozzle until it is depressed and utilized. It is also easier to fill up without spilling gas everywhere. Overall, I am really pleased with this product and it's quality.
I received the smart control device broken. it will not slide with your palm, two hands, your friend's hands and so on. Unfortunately, I discovered this AFTER I had filled the can with gasoline, so how do I return or exchange it?? I emailed the company hoping to just swap out the nozzle and have not heard back. With four small children in my house, I was really hoping this would work well.
What a stupid gas can! What is this can for? It is impossible to dispense gas into a car gas tank. The spigot is too short, the flange obstructs ability to position the can to dispense. I literally could not fill the car from this can. Fortunately I wasn’t stranded on the side of the road trying. I was in my driveway at the end of hurricane season, attempting to repurpose my generator gas. But now I know. NEVER buy this can to fill a car! Not only that, but the hyper tough battery operated siphon won’t fit in it either! Even using it to fill a lawnmower or generator is a horrible experience. You need 3 hands. My hand cramped holding the dispense lock and there’s no handle on the side to help hold it while tipping. It’s just an all around terrible gas can. It gets 1 star because I can get gas into it and because I can’t pick zero stars.
Worst gas can I ever bought. The lever in the handle wasn't on correctly and would not work. After messing with it for about 20 minutes finally got it working. When I tried to put gas in it according to the instructions it kept overflowing. Had to squeeze the gas pump handle for about 5 seconds at a time. Took about 15 minutes to fill 5 gallons. Then the spout wouldn't fit in the hole in my gas tank and the way the gas tank lid opened, the can was too big to tilt it enough to pour out gas. Finally had to use a siphon hose from the can to the tank to get gas out but it wouldn't go past the internal flame restriction and could only get about 3 gallons out that way. I should have sent it back at the first problem. Will probably discard the can since I already put gas in it.
This is the worst thing I've ever seen of a new item coming from Walmart or anywhere that I have bought or purchased an item. It is disgusting I can't even believe somebody would pack a box like this. My package came in a brand new Walmart. Stuffed with brand new paper, put the item inside. Look like it was 10 years old and found in the dirtiest warehouse. You, you could ever see it's, it's bad
If you have hands of steel this can might work out for you. I couldn't hold the valve open, and lift 40 pounds of fuel, and angle it enough to get the fuel in my mower. I ordered Easy Flow spouts.
Was able to use it once to pour gas into my mower, now nothing comes out. If I can return this over priced piece of junk I will. Its completely useless. I have to take the spout off and use a funnel to fill up my rider.
Leaks at the top. Don’t waste your money. If I could give 0 stars I would! Tightened as tight as can be.
I could not get the top off without using Pliers. Have removed the lockdown stuff just so I use the darned thing!
Couldn't pump a drop of gas into it. The anti spark strainer would not let the California gas nozzle dispense any fuel.
