It's important to be prepared, with winter coming, possible fuel increases, power outages. I'm getting ready ahead of time. I have purchased enough fuel containers for myself, my granddaughter, and my daughter %26 spouse. This was the easiest way to buy them; order them through Walmart %26 have them delivered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scepter SmartControl 5 gallon gas can is great.It has a handle on the rear of the can in addition to the traditional top handle. The cans also have a straight forward spout design with a squeeze controlled flow rate, allowing for fast fills without spills. I had no issues using it. because the easy-push and controllable flow makes filling easier and mess free.

Easy to carry and fill-up with a nice sturdy design. The spout works well to easily vent and pour out the gas but also has a two step system to help keep it safe and from accidental spills. Also comes with a handy funnel to help fill up a car tank as well. All in all a great gas can to have.

The filter that is inserted into the jug is pointless, So are you filtering the gas that goes into the jug? what happens to the junk that this filter stopes from going into the jug, but lets it go into what ever you are filling with gas, does not make sense to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas can feels really solid and holds a full 5 gallons. I like the dual handles. It makes it alot easier to lift and pour. My husband was the first to try it and said the spout mechanism is a little awkward at first, but it's definitely safer than our older cans, since it won't spill if tipped. Once you figure out how to press the trigger and control the flow, it works really well. No leaks, no fumes, and the extra funnel is helpful! Overall, it's a good, durable option if you're willing to get past the learning curve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made with very durable material and holds a lot. It's easy to hold and does NOT leak! The only downside to it is that it doesn't seem to have any ventilation and stops dispensing fuel.
