Sceptor 4XS All Season 225/60R16 97H Tire

I used an AI service to compare the tires available at WalMart, and Grok told me that the tire I choose would provide better traction in snow and rain than the Goodyear Eagle GT that WalMart sells, and the price point was a little bit cheaper. Granted i have had these tires less than 1 week and maybe have 100 miles on them, they are quite, and look good, the tread depth is not as deep as other tires, but they claim to provide 60,000 miles. Since I only put about 5000 miles a year on my vehicle, I will not know the tread depth usage for more than 5 years.

Excellent tires! Meaty, quiet, hold air well. Didn't have to fill after the cold snap. Below freezing temps and stop great still. Good all weathers! Helped me to stop in time to miss deer crossing the road in a very short distance. Very happy with these low cost tires.

I have to say I was very pleased with these tires in the 2 feet of snow we just had dumped on us. I ordered online and had them sent to Walmart's service and they were there waiting for me on appointment day. All around I was pleasantly surprised by the flawless transaction and excellent customer service the gentleman gave me that day! Thank you.

The only reason I did not give it a five star was because 1 tire was late in arriving, and I had an appointment set up to have these tires mounted and balance that I had to reschedule, which put me out-of-pocket the entire weekend. Not sure why the tires were shipped separately and why did one pkg originate in Texas only to go thru Kentucky to end up in Oklahoma!

online check-in didn't work. Software problem that even service man recognized. unprofessional service and attitude as no one wanted to hear me but assume what they want to do. Ask and you will know what the customer wants! a bad experience for my neighbor whom I introduced her to Walmart tire service for the first time!

The installation is too slow. My appointment was at 6pm. The technician came late, and he had another car to work on first. He started working on mine after 7:30pm, and I finally got my key back after 8:30pm.

They wouldn't install the tires because the bus has some rust on the frame. So I returned them and got the tires from Big O tires and they had no problem installing them. It's been over two weeks now and I still have not received a refund. This is not acceptable.

Horrendous experience. Walmart charged for mounting , balancing and valve stems . But all i'm sure of is the mounting. They used the old valve stems and perhaps weakened or stressed by removal of old tire and mounting of new tire , the old valve stem failed 4 months into new tire. Luckily it failed when trying to remove cap and not while driving because it was a quick total deflation. Had it happened while driving not only could something catastrophic have happened and Tracy Morganed a bunch of people but the tire would have been destroyed. I took the tire to the same HWY 6 store in the Alief area in houston and the thieving bastages charged me $18.50. The tech had the audacity to say the old failed stem was "bad" when walmart had charged me for new stems and reused the old ones? Cunning Stunts .

I purchased four tires online from Walmart.com, and the tires themselves seem good quality for the price — they look decent and drive nicely, definitely a good value. However, my experience with the Tire Center was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 5:00 p.m., but I received a call from the store just before 3:00 p.m. telling me they were short-staffed and closing early. They canceled my appointment and told me I'd have to make another one. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but canceling a confirmed appointment only two hours before and closing early without offering any alternative solution is unprofessional. It's frustrating and inconvenient for customers who plan their day around scheduled service times.

No problem with tires, had a problem with my order... Ordered 4 tires, paid in full. Received 2 and were installed, 2 were on backorder.. Received notice that the 2 on backorder was were no longer available, but only received refund for 1 tire, still waiting for 2nd tire refund! it has been 2 months now!! 😡 Never had a problem with Walmart before up until now 🤔
