This is the 2nd one we bought. Sceptre is a brand that has never let us down. Walmart, however, needs to do better with communication. The first one we bought was damaged, so this time around I told them I wouldn't sign for the TV until I opened the box. They didn't communicate that to Sceptre, so the delivery was awkward. Customers should be able to examine products before they accept them. Do better Walmart.
Great TV !! You will need to adjust the picture settings to your liking. The factory presets are terrible. Great picture after that !! No complaints so far.
This has been a great TV. We have had no problems with this TV in 2 years. Great price. The picture is wonderful. If you don't want a "smart" TV. This one is the one you should purchase. Still enjoying it's great value for over 2 years.
I love it now I can see big like football g
TV has a flaw but the return and repurchase was a snap.
This TV has a great picture and the sound is really good. I also bought the 4yr. Warranty. Hope it continues to working great for a long time.
Picture quality is excellent for the price. The sound is absolutely terrible. External speakers required. The "headphone" out has no volume control--full line volume. Settings menus are limited--most annoying part is that there is no way to adjust brightness of backlight to match ambient lighting without digging deep into the menus.
what I like is that it not a smart TV I don't need another computer, one of the largest non-smart you can get… Nice gaming monitor PC or Console
I would've gave 5 stars strictly about the product even with the fact that I received 2 damaged tvs before finally getting a good one. The 2nd damaged tv was intentional shipped damaged from the return warehouse out of spite. Actually polluted earth with few hundred miles of semi emissions just so I'd receive another broke tv. I was lied to by 7 employees saying my first return was still in transit even tho I told them all I had the prime acknowledgment %23 stating it had been in Walmarts warehouse for 6 days the 8th employee I spoke with on the same day as the other liers admitted it was in the warehouse. it all 100% true and there's plenty more cause I went thru 2 months of abuse by Walmarts employees. I'm completely shocked how I was treated by everyone I came across. Guarantee there are a lot of customers who have been thru the same thing already cause there's no way I found the only 20 horrible employees at Walmart. It was all too orchestrated
This set cannot properly process HDR content. Swirling green pixels can be seen when watching SD, HD, or 4K content whether it is streamed or played from a uncompressed local source. Vertical banding is also very obvious to all but the blind. Especially in the middle of the panel where there is a 3" wide strip. Right down the middle of the picture! These sets apparently use rejected panels that were not good enough for Samsung sets. If you have any eye sight left you WILL notice these issues! If you're half blind then go ahead and waste your money. The picture and processing issues CANNOT be ignored and you won't be able to "tune them out" because they're that blatent. Don't waste your hard earned money on Sceptre TV's!
