If you need gluten-free breadcrumbs, these are the ones to buy!
These are the best gluten-free breadcrumbs I have ever used. I have tried several brands in the past, but never liked the results. These I love. I use them in meatballs, to coat chicken when I make chicken cutlets and everyone enjoys the results whether they are gf or not. In fact, they don't even realize they are eating something gluten free until they see me eat with them. I will admit to spicing the breadcrumbs when I make my chicken cutlets, but the breadcrumbs are just fine as is.

A Very Useful Product...
Great for topping on a casserole or for breading for Salmon patties or any other fried item that you choose... The flavor and the texture are great!

I tried these and they are now my go to bread crumbs. I used to bread the family's food separately with regular bread crumbs and mine in the gluten free ones. Now I use these for the whole family, no one can tell the difference.
