I have pretty sensitive skin and this razor does not irritate my skin or leave any razor burn, which is a huge win. Every shave feels smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The blades glide effortlessly across my skin and make it so easy to get the cleanest sharpest edges on my beard. I really appreciate how precise it feels when lining everything up, especially around my jaw and neck line. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schick Hydro feels amazing in my hand when I shave. The ergonomics are perfect to get a close shave at every angle of my face. It's also a very close shave that did not cut into my skin at all. It comes with the shaver handle and three (3) blades with skin guards for that nice close shave without having to worry about cutting yourself. I lubricate and wash with warm water between each stroke to guarantee a clean, close cut. Maintenance is also very easy. When finished shaving, just soak, and swish around in warm water to make sure you remove all of the shaving cream, and hair trimmings. Then let dry and store in a safe place. I also really like the lubricating hydro gel with aloe, it seems to protect my skin from irritation.

I normally shave my face daily and thanks to the moisturizer as well as the blades I have a lot less irritation and redness. You definitely have to be cautious like with any razor , and especially with these because these blades are in tip top sharp conditioner. I also love the giant handle grips , it makes it a lot easier to hold on and anchor the razor. Which in turn has minimized accidents.

The blade is nice and gives a nice shave. It glides really nicely over my face. All I do is store it with the razor facing up and it dries easily and with no issues.

The sharpness of the blades are great the time between having to swap blades lasted much longer than cheaper versions. With sensitive skin this razor gave me peace of mind and kept my skin from breaking out and becoming super irritated. Highly recommend for anyone who uses razors regularly and has any skin irritation!

Although the handle could weigh more, the blades do more than described in one shaving. There is a bit of skin irritation, but that’s due to me not realizing how effective this razor was

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "lubricating hydro gel" might protect skin from irritation, but it also causes the blades to slide over your hair without shaving them half the time. It makes them too slick. As a result, I have to spend twice as long shaving. The razor is overall weirdly bulky compared to competitors. The "dual pivot technology" doesn't move very far and seems pointless. I'm going back to my old razor. I would only recommend this product for teenagers or those inexperienced with shaving. It DOES seem to prevent cuts and nicks, but that isn't an issue I face as an adult who has been shaving regularly for over a decade.
