I've been taking for 2 weeks I have bad arthritis all over especially in my knees they want to replace my knees . I wanted to try this first. I'm already feeling better. I'm sure as time goes on I will feel better.

This is the only Glucosamine I can take. I could not walk without it. Have to order it because it is not sold in the store that I shop at.

Hands down, this is a great supplement! I have rhuematoid arthritis. My hands and toes were beginning to get stiff. I tried one with less glucosamine, but it only marginally worked. After 1 week of taking this dosage, my fingers and toes were relieved of pain. After 2 weeks, I could make a fist again. By the end of the 1st bottle, my hands were working again and not stiff at all. I could now move my toes too. Ive been taking this very brand for over 4 years. My mother started using it because she saw the difference in my hands. Just last year my husband was having trouble with his hands, and I suggested this to him. He said it was great! He won't go without it either. Best arthritis supplement EVER!

It helps reduce my joints pain and inflammation
I have been taking this supplement for years now, when I started taking this was in my late 40,s, at that time don't know much difference, I'm in my 50 now, I stopped taking it for few weeks, my joints are starting feel sore and some inflammation in my fingers, after about a week taking again, my joints started feeling better, it's not 100% better, but it's definitely helped reduce some inflammation and pain, it worked for me and affordable for me compared with other expensive ones
