The installation went well with the app guiding through the steps with videos and images. The device connected easily and no handing issues like other top brands. With another well known brand they failed during handing, but the Schlage Arrive had no issues! The deadbolt it secure! The app has a user friendly interface that shows locked and unlocked.

We have bought Schlage locks and door handles in the past as they are very durable and secure. I like the fact that the app tells me when the door is unlocked and I can set it up to lock after a certain amount of time of being unlocked and even at a certain time of day. I would definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised and impressed at how simple the deadbolt was to install. It took only about 15 minutes. The programming was equally simple. The app is excellent and notifies me when the door is unlocked and when it is locked so I always know the status. It is especially important for me because this lock in on our beach home and if I allow family or friends to use the place, I can always tell when they are there and make sure the door is locked when they leave without having to drive down and check it in person. It was pricey, but in the end I am satisfied with it and look forward to years of problem-less use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product so far is great . Battery seem to last for a while I had it for a about month now and it's only 93 percent. Wifi feature is pretty useful with adding individual codes for per person and notification when it's unlocked or lock but you need to be a little tech savvy with app and everything. The app interface is simple once you added your lock . Installation is not too difficult but you definitely need to have some knowledge with door knob insulation. Either way the instruction is pretty detailed on what you need to do with insulation and app integration but you need to scan a QR code to get instructions. I'm satisfy with my first Smart lock purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first i bought ended up having issues where the lock wouldnt fully retract, other than that it was an easy set up, is well made and simple to use and so far the new one i exchanged the previous for is working very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a friend install this for me and it didn't seem overly complicated to actually install. I did not originally want a Wi-Fi capable Smart Lock but a friend bought it for me and wouldn't let me return it. It was easy to connect and set up. However, if you don't have the battery pack securely in place the keypad doesn't work, so make sure you hear it click in. Overall I am satisfied but I think I would feel more secure with just a keypad with no Wi-Fi or app needed. One last thing I do like the fact that it has so many codes that you can use to give to different people if needed and well I don't necessarily love using an app I do like the fact that I can open the door from the app to let someone in in an emergency. Oh lastly it is compatible with most of the major apps like Amazon and Ring so that's a nice feature.

I have like 20 codes on there and have to manually type them all in. Would be nice if I could apply the same set of codes from one lock to another if it’s in the same home. Just makes it difficult to love these locks
